Grief and Loss Therapy
Grief isn’t only for death. It can be for a relationship that ended, a version of your life you imagined and didn’t get, a job, a country, or your health as it used to be. Whatever the loss, there’s often no timeline that feels right.
What it can look like
Waves of sadness, anger, or numbness that come without warning. Guilt about things said or unsaid, done or not done. Pressure — from others or from yourself — to “move on” faster than feels possible. Grief for a future you had pictured that isn’t going to happen.
How therapy can help
There’s no fixed script for grieving well. Therapy gives you a place to feel what you feel without being rushed through it, make sense of a loss that might not make sense, and slowly figure out how to carry it and keep living.
My approach
I follow your pace rather than a stage model. Sessions are online, in English or Spanish, for anyone in Ontario grieving any kind of loss.
